Don’t let the pictures fool you. They are much cleaner than the hotel actually is. While the room smelled clean, it is run down and in need of updates and fix ups. My bathroom had a palmetto bug in the toilet that someone obviously tried to flush. The toilet would not flush at all. I saw a roach run across the dresser, so I did not leave my bag open and did not leave anything out. The sliding shades left a gap at the end so you could still see into the room from outside. The parking lot had lots of homeless people hanging out on the side of the hotel at the entrance. When we returned from getting food, the police had one of the entrances closed off. A pro is that the hotel is close to food and the arena. They say you get what you pay for. I still think we paid too much.

I was there 3 minutes and left. Foul odor, mold, & drug paraphernalia. There was a homeless man sleeping under the stairs. I asked for my money back since I wasn’t staying and all of the sudden she didn’t speak English. The place looked out of a horror movie 100% Do Not recommend! In fact RUN!

The floors still had chocolate chips on them from the previous people that stayed there was no comforters available on the bed. The lampshades had mold on them. The walls were peeling and falling apart. When we tried to turn on the hot water the faucet fell off we will never stay here again. It was disgusting. It was a motel of nightmares. Do not waste your money.

We booked two nights but left after the first night. Entire place was filthy inside and outside. Except the beds… thank goodness! No light bulbs in the lamps. When someone came to put them in, finally, the man was very sorry and tracked e short onto our floors and he complained the entire time. No outlet available to charge our devices and no outlet for CPAP machine!!! Smoke detector was not functional. Actually not even there. Wires exposed. Some outlets in use had no cover plate s. Even though these dirty and unsafe conditions existed they would not refund us our second night. So we lost over $100. But refused to stay on sick flight and unsafe place. I hope you remove them from your list so that none of your other clients fall into this trap.

Place was discussing, there’s people doing drugs a prostitution all over the property, staff don’t speak English, trash everywhere, room dirty and smells. Stains on sheets. I should have just slept in my vehicle. The worst hotel I’ve ever experienced and will not come back. Dnt go there you’ll be very disappointed.

I’ve been to some rundown hotels before, but this one takes the cake. They were dead bugs in the fridge. Everything was rusty the bathroom door had holes in it. And our exterior door was so flexible. I swear I could’ve folded it in half we checked in and checked the right out 2 minutes later

The price was good but when I get to the hotel nobody was there,I need to ask the lady of Italian restaurant if somebody was there because I made reservation online, after that receptionist came and was pretty nice but in the room it wasn’t a comforter, I don’t really like the experience

Room did NOT meet my expectations. I thought I was getting a HOTEL, Not a Motel…The walls looked horrible, a ROACH was in the Bathroom….Had it not been so late when I arrived, I would have found a different place to stay. I request a credit or free room of my choice.

La llegada al hotel fue buena pero no tienen personal de noche tienen un tiempo limitado para el check in y el check out, la habitacion estaba organizada pero no limpia el piso estaba sucio, el aire tambien estaba sucio y lo se porque me dio dolor de garganta y catarro y el sucio se le veia en las ventanas del aire acondicionado, tambien habian cucarachas en poca palabras no fue una buena experiencia, asi que no alquilen ahi.

Horrible Place to Stay. Money Waisted. Not Very Well Maintenance, Insects everywhere, That place has people living there like homeless. Lot of noices at Nights, No Courtains and the door almost stays open when is lock from inside. I will not recommend this place.

When I bought this reservation it wasn't explained anywhere that my family and I would be staying at the long term stay area of the hotel with no service of cleaning, towels or anything at all. When I went to the counter the morning employee told me my staying shouldn't be in this area, we were in the wrong side. They didn't change me or do anything to correct their mistake. They told me they would send new towels because the one's they provided were too small and not enough for us, that the housekeeping lady would come, but nobody did until the last day of our stay. I went to the counter almost 20 minutes before closing, but it was closed anyways. I'm really disappointed with the staying and the way the costumer care is handled. Nothing has been like advertised in the site. The rooms were so dirty you couldn't walk without shoes or you'll end with literally black feet. The rooms smelled like mold and the air conditioner made terrible noises. The outside area was dirty and a lot of homeless people walking around. Dog poop in the only stairs you have to go up and down. When trying to shower the handle broke, it was a nightmare. There were electrical cables coming out the wall. I don't recommend this place to anyone, specially if you are traveling with kids. Don't pay attention to the reviews on Expedia and Google the place beforehand (that was my mistake). Don't waste your money or your time in this place. They charged $25 as deposit, but they haven't refund it yet

Hlady at the reception desk was really nice that’s the only good thing about my stay at this facility. Room was dirty, leak in the bathroom, door handle was coming out,I came with kids, so I requested an another room. I was told they are fully booked. I was told that someone would come and clean the room the next day, that never happened. So I had to book another room with another hotel and took my wife and kids out of this mess. Since I know wasn’t getting reimbursed cause it’s in the contract I signed, I left a few stuff in the room then came back to pick them up on the 4th day and checked out since I booked it for 5 nights.

Things were functional and utilitarian. We paid super low prices for a last minute christmas-new year break room the better part of the week and got a room that was okay. My only complaint is the water was weird and stinking, and the room doesn't have any place to set a suitcase on or any hangers. The lights were working but in very inconvenient places. There was NO drinking water available on site.

It was very curious that the nice lady at the reception ask us if we wanted to see the room before paying.. I don’t know what crossed for my mind and why I end up on paying… the room smelled bad, like cigarettes all the time.. we paid for 5 nights and only stayed 1, I lose my money and it was a big lesson… I can’t say not even one good thing, the bathroom cleanliness was not confident.. we didn’t want to shower there. Bottom line.. for vacationing and shopping I would never recommend it.. I paid my big lesson by reserving that hotel..
