Has become rundown and news a good clean
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times before. Tthe property is looking rundown and the service has declined. Only staffed from 8-8. The air-conditioning is very noisy and it is better to turn it off if you want to sleep. The kitchens are closed but this is not on the website. Behind the bedheads on the floor was an extremely thick layer of dust and debris. The shutters and ledges are also dusty. I doubt I will return.

Not worth it Disappointing
Terrible service, on weekends NO housekeeping it’s very strange and disappointing. Even when you ask for tea bags you have to go downstairs to collect. Not even drinking water provided in the rooms. Parking is a big hassle no onsite parking and hotel on main road so you to lucky to park close to hotel.

Great stay in downtown area
A very clean and well maintained hotel in the downtown area. Good breakfast available on the premises and the staff are friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to many of the downtown attractions such as galleries, museums, and gardens. Even with the restrictions accompanying the covid19 pandemic we enjoyed our stay.

Walkable Location
The location was great with many dining options within walking distance. They also have a laundry room and can buy packets of detergent at the front desk for a reasonable price which for our long trip worked out wonderfully!
