Pets are allowed, but the fees are incredibly misleading and misrepresented at best. The fees are listed as $50 deposit and a $10 pet fee. These are written separately. And it doesn't say non-refundable deposit. It says deposit. I was told at check in that it was a "non-refundable deposit". Which I pointed out that was not what the listing says. He said he'd mention it to management. Because of the late hour and storms, and that I had pre paid the room, I had no other option but to stay there for the evening though I expressed my dissatisfaction a couple of times and will follow up with management myself.
The property was newer, mostly clean except for a large puddle of water on the floor by/under the bed and a smear on the sink handle.
