The service was great and the room was clean and comfortable
I was charged twice for the room. I can not get in contact with anyone. The room they put us in said city view and it was ground floor looking back into an ally, the A/C was stuck on 84, they moved us rooms to a nicer room but the A/C was also having issues. After realizing I was charged twice, I have called the hotel numerous times (20+) and no one answers. Second time I have booked through y’all and have been charged two times. Unreal this even happens
Was not horrible. But we booked a room for 2 queen beds. Which where fulls not queen. The room had no microwave, not even water other than city water.
Our trip was okay but the thing I couldn't rate the hotel is because we didn't even get to check in there because we had to check into another hotel because of a problem with a issue at the hotel. And we had requested a microwave over there so we brought a bunch of food. And the hotel that we got moved to did not have microwaves available but it also had cheaper breakfast and we had had a family room scheduled to check into because it was me and my 4 kids. And at the new hotels they did not have a family room so we had to be split up into two rooms on separate floors. And we were notified all of this just hours before checking into our Hotel. Otherwise our trip was okay and we made it work but just not what we had planned
The hotel moved us to another hotel which was stinking and it had a worse rating. The AC stopped working in the night and the bathroom doors didn’t even close what a pathetic hotel.
Good location, However there was no AC. My room was over 80degrees and when I informed the front desk they told me “to open a window”. Also the lights in the room kept going on at night(motion sensor) and wouldn’t turn off. Very disappointed, would not stay here again.
The TV channels jump... there was no air conditioning. The bathroom was dirty.. the online pictures were MISLEADING! DIRTY ELEVATOR. I will never book this hotel again.
When we first got here, there was a problem with the check in system so we had to wait about 20 minutes before we could go to our room. The parking garage is across the street and I don’t appreciate their “no in & out” policy. You have to pay $50
This stay was rough- got into the hotel and the window was wide open- room was 54 degrees. No cups for water in the room. The hotel had also installed a new light system with a motion-sensor light. Could not turn light off. Called front desk for over an hour and no one picked up-- kept trying eventually reached someone but no one came to address it- went down to front desk, no one was sent up. 2 hours later, someone was sent up who could also not fix light. Front desk told us to turn off light panel from electric switch board- meaning we were unable to use all lights in the room and bathroom. Was also charged 100$ after my stay and when I called to understand this charge, front desk did not pick up once again and was on hold for over 30 minutes- customer care had to put me in contact with their supervisor bc they could not get in touch with the hotel either.
Hotel is right next to a police station, not sure if that’s a good or bad thing. Upon arrival (10:30pm), the line was to the door. We waited about 30 minutes to check in. During our wait, 3 other people came back from their rooms to complain about cleanliness issues. Once at the desk, the man checking is in was very brash. The hallways reeked of weed! Hearing all of the complaints, we were pleasantly surprised with our room. After looking around we discovers stain sheets and towels. The towels were also very rough. Our motion sensor was broken on the light so it stayed on until we improvised. We did not get maid service. The maid was very rude when we said hello to her in the hallway. Yes we could have brought these issues to the desk attendant but I guarantee it would have fallen on death ears based upon their responses to the concerns we overheard earlier.
