The room was Good itself staff basically has hard set Rules, like no towel exchange after 7pm parking is very horrific... But for the price and amenities cant beat it.

It was EVERYTHING. Clean. Quiet. Nice Staff. Spacious. And VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT. Not to far from where I needed to travel to work so it DEFINITELY has a GREAT LOCATION. Anything you want to Eat is Near By. PLUS the Casino is close By. I just LOVED my Stay. I’ll be going back soon.

Esta la segunda ocasión que me quede aquí la primera todo muy bien. La segunda ves ya no fue tan bueno, deje los 29.99 dolares que piden por respaldo por los daños que pueda hacer uno, yo tenía mis propias botellas de agua de marca diferente a la que ellos dejan en la habitación, y de lo que ofrecen de snacks no tome nada, e ntregue a habitación y me dijeron qie todo estaba bien que en 3 días me regresarían el dinero del depósito,pasaron semanas les llame y me decían en unas horas se le Regresa, después de mas de 15 llamadas me wnfade de pedir el dinero y ya no les llame

I absolutely love it! As a Blue collar I travel often. Its very hard to find a great place to rest. Much less clean. I am going on 3 weeks here after jumping 6 hotels in a month. QUITE, AFFORDABLE, CLEAN, RESPECTFUL STAFF! It's definitely worth every penny. OYO, keep building and expanding, we definitely appreciate the accommodations. ❤️

I was not able to stay because they allowed me to book even after there rooms were full. They did it on purpose to get my money without having to do anything or refund me

The hotel is still under construction. There was no moulding in the room, holes in the Sheetrock where they obviously didn’t know what they were doing. Trash all around the building. I started receiving texts stating it was past check in time even though my room was already paid for. The employees were not friendly and never spoke or asked how our stay was. The only positive is it was clean because it was new and quiet except for the train.started receiving texts

Our check-in was slow. Upon checking in, one member of the family went ahead of the party to bring the baggage up the stairs because there are no elevators. Upon entering the area of our room, one of our room doors was unlocked and slightly open, without the key having been given to us yet. We finally got checked in then opened the door to our rooms and dropped our bags and left. Upon returning to our rooms later that night, we pulled the comforter of our beds to get some sleep and there was bloodstsins on my guest's bed. We ended up having to wait until 12:00 in the morning to address the issue because that's when someone was at the front desk. We were told that all would be taken care of before we returned from our outing. We got back and it still wasn't fixed. Bloody bed sheets were still on the floor of our room and nothing was done. The person we spoke to in the morning went home sick didn't leave an email or communication regarding thesituation. situation. It was a b situation and so forthwho
