Room was clean but keep this in mind this place is bare bones . Bed toilet and shower . No chairs inside or outside your room . A small fridge that does not keep anything cold . A tv you cannot figure out . No paperwork that tells you anything and that you have to walk down the street and around the bend to a different hotels pool and beach access area ! Also NO closet !! Ridiculous! Worst hotel I have ever stayed . The only thing I can say is it was clean . Oh and NO WINDOWS ! So not even sure how it passed inspection with no egress incase of fire !

No map was provided and it was quiete confusing trying to find out room which was on the backside of the property. The room was nice. I expected the bed to be softer as I thought I recalled it said pillow top mattress, but it was ok. The tv should be on a swivel as it’s hard to see from the bed and the couch isn’t exactly cozy to sit on. We did walk right out to the pool but the beach was not as close as I was led to believe. Everything is in a 10 minute walking distance and we did enjoy our one night stay.

Included parking is a plus. About a block from the beach. Room 107 was freshly decorated, clean, and perfect for a couple, could sleep another if using the pull-out couch. We had a great stay, no issues.

The room was clean and new. The location was perfect. However the shower was flooding the bathroom to the point where it was reaching the threshold into the room. I contacted the staff who sent a maintenace person. The said the shower was missing some kind of gasket. I also think it was not draining properly. I ask for more towels to contain the water but they did not bring enough . In fact they brought kess including no rags. By day 3 it was really. One time i called and the person at the desk was sort of rude saying they could check me out like i had somewhere else to ho. Finally a different maintenace guy showed up and was able to piece meal some stuff from other showers. It did not totally solve the problem but it was better. Finally later that night they brought sufficent towels but was leaving the next day. The whole experience just distracted from my vacation. I have text and pictures as that is how you interact with the desk. I would also recommend a microwave and a long mirror. Overall the place is nice but unfortunately my stay was not up to par because of the shower.

parking was tight . i have a pick up and the space next to me was extremely tight. i had to continuosly back truck out to open doors in order load and unload our bags. reception office said hours were 9-5 but wasnt open until about 9:50 am.

This is a great place to stay and a wonderful location. Easy walking distance to the beach, the pool and local restaurants and bars. Brand new since the hurricane rebuild, so everything is in top shape. Staff are attentive. Loungers by the pool or beach chairs available for the beach were also great. Our only tip would be to avoid a unit that has someone above you, as some units are configured. People walking above us in the night kept us up. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Beautiful place. Check out is at 10 - a bit early. I asked to stay a couple hours in the parking spot so we could go to the beach. It was affirmative and we left 2 hours later, which is the time that was relayed. Then I was charged $11.25. That was not relayed that there would be a charge.

À cette question, il est difficile de répondre car le personnel la chambre la situation, la piscine tout est vraiment parfait dans cet hôtel. Un endroit paradisiaque pourrait rester au calme tout en restant à cinq minutes des bars avec animation.

I travel frequently for both work and fun, and I cannot recall ever having had such a bad experience with check-in. After making the reservation, I received several e-mails; all showed the address of the property, and none indicated that I should do anything other than check in at that address upon arrival. When I arrived, however, there was no office and nothing that explained where to check in. Only by asking other guests did I discover that one is supposed to check in at a completely different property several miles away - and those guests said they had the same problem upon check in. When I got to the other property, the lady at the desk was courteous and helpful. She said I should I have received a text with a link that explained the check-in procedures. Although I had received a text, it did not include the name of the property where I had made my reservation; in fact, it included the name of a different property. Moreover, none of the e-mails had said anything about receiving a text. Thus, I determined this text was a phishing attempt and blocked the number. Once I finally got into the room, it was clean and comfortable. So, overall: the room was good and the staff was very nice, but the check-in experience is severely lacking. Thus, the score is only average.

We had a great stay at Azul Resort! We had room 104 which was literally 3 steps from the pool. The room was clean and refreshed everyday by a very friendly staff. The only complaint we have is the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable which made it tough for both my wife and I to get good sleep. Other than that we loved the proximity to the beach and our favorite place, the Sniki Tiki bar
