The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the building is practically brand new. I also really appreciated having 24-hour security, which made us feel safe during our stay. There are grocery stores and food stands very close by, which was extremely convenient. The only downside was that one night, some neighbors played very loud music until the early hours of the morning, and it could be heard clearly inside the apartment. Fortunately, some of us can sleep with a little noise, but I understand this could be a significant issue for guests who are more sensitive to noise. Overall, we had a very good stay and would consider staying here again.

It’s a brand new building w private security and parking , gated community and has cameras , the area outside the Airbnb it’s kind of sketchy, it’s old and abandoned part of the city , anyways is a great place to be center and save money.

Very nice room, big bathroom with good shower. Great location for what we needed and also the small kitchen was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Excelente distribucion, edificio limpio y seguro, personal atento y educado, solo mejoraria un poco la limpieza, no estaba terrible, pero la cafetera estaba sucia y habia polvo, despues de eso me ha encantado todo.

Que buen departamento si vas solo o en pareja, muy comodo y con todos los servicios incluidos. La habitación limpia dentro de lo que cabe, muy cómoda, acogedora y la vista a la ciudad es muy bacana. Sin duda volvería a regresar. El único tema que tuve fue el Internet, al conectarme no me dejaba navegar, me tuve que conectar al de otra habitación. Tambien me gustaria que en algun futuro los de recepción tuvieran alguna comunicación con los departamentos, ya que hice un pedido de comida y le dijeron al repartidor que no habia manera de comunicarse conmigo y mas si tenfo numero internacional, estaría bien algun teléfono o intercomunicador solo para avisar que llego algún pedido, visita o algun recado.

Summary of the Experience Check-In: Delayed by over an hour because the room "wasn't ready" at 3:00 PM. Cleanliness: Musty, unwashed towels and linens that smelled used. Condition: Outdated, old-fashioned, and poorly maintained bathroom. Check-Out: You would think that checking out would be the easy part, but C60 Rentals managed to turn even a simple departure into a frustrating, amateurish ordeal. Because I had an early flight to catch, I had to leave the apartment at 4:30 AM. Knowing the time of day, I wanted to make sure everything was handled. The Guard's Response: She looked me in the eye, said "Yes, yes" twice, and assured me she understood. She immediately proceeded to write down the completely wrong apartment number on the checkout sheet. Because of this utter lack of basic competence, my morning at the airport was ruined by an onslaught of annoying WhatsApp messages from the C60 Rentals property management team. They sent me messages asking when I will be checking out. Final Verdict: Do Not Stay Here! C60 Rentals in Bogotá operates like a chaotic, budget operation while charging you for a seamless apartment experience. The staff is poorly trained, the communication between security and management is non-existent, and the actual physical property is dirty, outdated, and neglected. Save yourself the headache, the dirty towels, and the early morning spam messages. Book literally anywhere else in Bogotá. This place is a trap.
