A well located and comfortable hotel. Definitely worth booking if a low price is available. Original hotel but a few design flaws such as no shelf in the shower and only limited hanging space for clothes. The main entrance to the hotel was locked late at night meaning guests needed to use a side entrance which didn't feel totally safe. A good standard of customer service and friendly welcome to the hotel was lacking. Sometimes it's the small things that count.

Great location, close to attractions, public transport, restaurants and shops. Very helpful staff. I really missed not having a small fridge in the room and the room key via the mobile phone app failed twice, once very late at night!

Rude and inconsiderate staff as well as overall operations. Avoid at all costs.

Super cute place to stay. Wish I could’ve extended my vacation longer but I recommend this hotel 100%.

Best location - a modern hip hotel built up in a part-preserved, now rebuilt older part of central Berlin, a few streets away from the Alexanderplatz, the East Berlin steppe that resembles Beijing. Direct at a U-Bahn Station, lots of shops, funky galleries and a good choice of restaurants within steps of the hotel. The hotel itself is a model of a very modern Berlin hotel - some rooms have iMacs as TVs, service perfect and super nice. Stayed for the third time. BTW it's cheaper to park on the street and (not) pay the 10 € fine per day if you have to - at that level, the parking fines have not been pursued for cars with foreign plates.

Great location - easy access to all areas of interest while in Berlin. Beds were great - firm and comfortable. Great shower. As others have commented, breakfast could do with some improvement and then this would make it unbeatable :) Also it is a shame that tea/coffee facilities are not available in room. Even if you could grab a cup downstairs I’m sure guests would be very appreciative. Staff were always pleasant.

Overall experience was really good. The bed is comfy, the room was cozy, cool design. Too bad there's no minibar in the room.

It was nice but not comfortable. It was quiet which i appreciated. Shower was awful and no shelves to put your toiletries/ soap or shampoo. The bed was literally hard as a rock- hardly slept at all the three nights i was there. I did like the sitting areas downstairs and how close it was to the subway and major sites. They offered breakfast for a fee but it should really be included as a courtesy.
