Schneller und einfacher Check-In, alle Infos rechtzeitig vorab bekommen, Haustierfreundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und im sehr guten Zustand. Sehr leckeres Frühstück! Alles unkompliziert, absolut ausreichend für eine Durchreise.

Leider waren keine Parkplätze verfügbar wegen dem Stadtfest und die E-Parkplätze wurden von nicht E-Fahrzeugen blockiert. Das Hotel war sonst sehr gepflegt.

It was unusual experience with out real receptions to help, or answer the questions. Electronics box for checking in/out, automatic slide doors and missing AC are not the best experience of hospitality

It is a very good choice for a basic 1-2 night stay in the area near Gmunden. The room was modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast at the outside restaurant 2 minutes from the hotel was very good. This is a hotel without a front desk. When we had a problem with our room, we called the emergency phone number at 10PM. The lady that answered was extremely nice and helpful and gave us a new room in 5 minutes. The tech-based automated check-in procedure was BAD. We booked through hotels.com, immediately got a message from the hotel saying we will get check-in instructions 3 days before our stay. No check-in instructions arrived. I tried the check-in section on their website -- it did not function. I called them on the phone -- the person was very nice, said they have a problem with one of the tech providers but, no worry, there are check-in terminals at the hotel. We arrive at the hotel, tried the first check-in terminal and we get a message that the system does not recognize our reservation. We were about to call them on the phone when my partner suggested to try the second check-in terminal and this one worked smoothly. In summary, it is a nice hotel with good value for money, but, if you rely to technology to replace humans, the technology BETTER WORK otherwise it is a poor customer experience.
