Nossa experiência foi muito boa com a pousada! Limpa, organizada, pessoas muitos solícitas e educadas, bem localizada. Gostamos muito! Só tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto que ficamos, se ligássemos o ar condicionado e o frigobar caía uma fase da eletricidade do quarto e as tomadas passavam a não funcionar, a luz já não ligava mais de um lado do quarto, ficava um bom tempo e depois voltava. E muitos momentos durante a noite a luz ia e voltar sozinha! Infelizmente o rapaz da recepção não tinha como nos ajudar mais foi muito educado. Frigobar bem velhinho pintado a brocha, o restante não era velho mas não tão novo. No fim gostamos, mas não sabemos se vamos voltar! Obrigada.

A limpeza é impecável. A conservação da pousada poderia receber alguns cuidados e atualizações em alguns pontos, algo compreensível por se tratar de uma hospedagem já estabelecida há bastante tempo, mas que certamente tornaria a experiência ainda melhor. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a diferentes pontos da cidade e cercada por ótimos restaurantes. Embora nem todos estejam tão próximos, muitos podem ser alcançados em uma caminhada agradável. A equipe da recepção é muito educada e atenciosa. Faço um destaque especial para a equipe do período da manhã, sempre muito prestativa, cordial e solícita, transmitindo acolhimento e estando pronta para ajudar. A equipe da tarde também atende com educação, mas mantém um perfil mais discreto e reservado. Como sugestão, acredito que a pousada poderia oferecer indicações de passeios e manter parceria ou contato com empresas locais, como as de passeios de escuna, facilitando a programação dos hóspedes e agregando ainda mais valor à experiência.

Gostei muito da pousada, bem limpa e espaçosa, todos os funcionários são bem atenciosos e educados. A localização é boa, eu prefiro não sair com o carro à noite, e a pousada fica só à 10 minutos da orla da praia onde ficam todos os restaurantes, bares e lojas. Achei seguro andar a noite. O projeto Tamar fica na quadra ao lado, a apenas 1 minuto.
