The room was clean. The location is excellent closer to the airport. The house was really generous. He let us check in early with no extra fee. I’m definitely going back over there whenever I visit Ghana

The room was not up to par. Broken items. Such as sitting chairs, toilets, appliances not working.

I was not given the property that I booked. I was transferred to another property and it did not have a working refrigerator, so food spoiled and was wasted. Was told that the property would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once in 7 days. The sheets did not fit the bed, the comforter had stains, there was noise from construction in the adjacent apartment, the internet did not work for over 24 hours so I couldn't work, the power went out several times, and there was only 10 minutes worth of warm water for a shower. This was definitely lipstick on a pig. I ended up buying paper towels, hangers, and basics that were not provided. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Do not let the word "luxury" deceive you. Had I known that this was an individually managed property, I would have never booked it. I thought it was managed by the hotel that was connected.
