El hotel es muy nuevo y con todos los servicios. Esta muy cerca del centro histórico, a 5-10 minutos andando. La habitación es grande y cómoda.

Great location, very clean (hotel is new), rooms are big and bright with spacious bathroom. The small rooftop terrace was nice in the evening, great view of the city. Staff were very helpful.

Helt nyt hotel, havde kun været åbent i 14 dage. Så alt var i sagens natur nyt og pænt. Meget venligt personale. Fin morgenmad. Rigtig god beliggenhed i gåafstand til alt det, vi ville opleve i Gdansk.

Hotel was excellent. Close to main square, main attractions, transport areas such as tram station or train station. Excellent and helpfull staff. Hotel is quiet, modern. Beds super comfortable, and batchroom clean. Fresh towels everyday, cleaning room everyday. I would definately come back. I strongly recommend this Hotel for short and long term stay for couples or family.

Die gebuchten und zugesagten getrennten Betten waren bei Ankunft ein Doppelbett. Rezeption war sehr bemüht, unseren Wunsch zu erfüllen, beim 3. Anlauf hat‘s geklappt. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und alle Details offenbar noch nicht ganz geläufig. Frühstück war in Ordnung, hätte über 4 Tage etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen

Det är ett nybyggda hotell så allt var fräscht och fint! Inte för stor men bra buffefrukost, lite enformigt om man vistas längre period. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Vi saknade dock en skohorn och en förstoringsspegel i badrummet, däremot härlig golvvärme i badrummet. Det som var minst negativt är läget. Det är inte långt från huvudgatan och till sevärdheter men omgivningen är inte så trevlig.

We’ve visited Gdańsk several times and decided to try the Prize by Radisson on our latest trip. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town. After speaking with the staff, we found out the hotel had only been open for around a month. Everything felt fresh, modern and exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Our room had large opening windows with a lovely view of the National Museum in Gdańsk and the Holy Trinity Church. The room itself was modern, comfortable and spotless. I needed to use the ironing facilities and was told they were located between floors 2 and 3. I found them in the stairwell, which raised some accessibility concerns as guests would need to use stairs to access the room. The ironing room had one ironing board and two irons, although there was no obvious way to add water to them. I also noticed that bottled water is no longer provided. Instead, there are water dispensers on selected floors. Having to go between floors to find one wasn’t particularly convenient. That said, I understand this is a very new hotel and there will naturally be some teething issues. The points mentioned wouldn’t stop me from returning. Overall, we had a lovely stay, the hotel was clean and modern, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Great location, clean building, however it is a budget hotel with not most price valuable amenities, no fridge in room, no napkins only toilet paper for your nose. Worst is parking, we called and asked about parking, staff told underground is one cost 85 PLN/daily but can't guarantee a spot, better use the one next to the hotel and cost 7 PLN/h, but didn't mention there is " NO LIMIT" for a day charge, we parked there for 24h and cost us 189 PLN, and when we went to reception ask for help they act like nothing they can do... name of the parking is "Parking 1 Rzeznicka"

Rent og pent rom, hyggelige ansatte. Hotellet ligger veldig bra til, kort vei til gamlebyen og andre severdigheter, anbefales. Rolige omgivelser. Frokost var så som så, middelmådig. Ikke minibar på rommet. Vonde og harde puter.

Nytt trevligt hotell nära centrum . Om man får va lite kräsen så var kuddarna inte helt ok stor och otympliga . Kanske saknar ett avlastningsbord/skrivbord på rummet .

Nytt fint hotell, rent og pent og med gunstig beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen, tog, trikk og shopping. Det negative var at de som jobber på hotellet er ikke spesielt opptatt av å være hyggelige, stort sett overså de oss og svært få tok seg bryderiet med å se opp og si hei. Unntak er renholdspersonellet, de var alltid hyggelige.

Good location not far from old town, and a good bed. All other things are not as good as hoped. The AirCon is far too cold, however you try to adjust it, you almost freeze to death every night. The water pressure in the shower is very bad. The breakfast is dissapointing at best. Cold and tasteless scrambled eggs, ok bread, dissapointing dessert. There is a noticable water leak happening in the reception area. Staff didn't seem to care to much, eventhough water was dripping down from the ceiling onto the reception desk.

Would not recommend this hotel. Will not be staying here again. Here is why: 1. the beds are way to firm. Hard as a rock. You could sleep on the floor and not notice a difference. 2. the AC panel has a rainbow light that can’t be turnt off. It light up the room at night. 3. the bathroom door is super heavy, and if you don’t catch it, it will wake up whoever you are sharing a room with. 4. the bathroom light, is only one setting. At night if you have to get up to use the bathroom, you can only choose the brightest light. And you can not have the door open. 5. the soap… it’s so heavily perfumed that I got inching all over my body. And I am not allergic to anything. 6. when the room was cleaned, they did not take the takeout empty boxed with them (trash).
