Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Denver International Airport will never get my business and I will recommend any fellow travelers to avoid the entire franchise. Through no fault of my own, my plane was delayed several times and put our layover in Denver two hours late. By the time we would have taken an Uber to the hotel and returned, it would have been time to board our connecting flight. I spoke to a representative there and he stated that I should call Expedia/Hotels.com to get refund. HE stated that if Expedia/Hotels.com agreed, that they would refund the amount. When the Expedia/Hotels.com representative tried to negotiate a refund, Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Denver International Airport refused. I plan to go to all of my social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter) to express my disdain for this bad faith bargaining. I will also recommend bad reviews throughout the country. This is unacceptable.
