Shower doors were off track and dirty on the inside, I repaired them myself. Toilet seat had a Crack in it, needing to be replaced. Other than that clean and staff was nice

The lock and door frame on room 222 was busted. No security latch available and you could look right into the room along that frame. The signage still says Motel 6 on the outside which was a little confusing. Maybe, the Hotels.com site should say something about that to people reserving that place.

The hotel was clean and well priced. It was quiet and comfortable. What I did not like at all was the bait and switch. I booked a hotel called "Blu" and stayed at a Motel 6. Not cool.

Hotel was advertised as Hotel Blu, but the sign says Motel 6, which was very confusing.When trying to find the hotel. When checking in, I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before the clerk who was sitting right there acknowledged me. The room was very dirty and they didnt have a hair dryer. The only thing they offered in the morning was coffee. That was completely watered down. To about half the amount of a normal cup of coffee.

Lost our reservation number. Staff was untrained or not trained properly. Charged for two days when we only stayed one day There was a tornado which caused us a delay in getting there the first day yet we were charged for two days. We love Hotels.com, but this stay was a nightmare. Where can re clam the day that was not provided by Hotel Blu formerly Motel 6?

This is a motel 6, the rooms are old, I did not feel safe here, they charged me a $100 security deposit that I was told would be refunded but has not been yet. A red car with an older gentleman picked up a younger woman out front whose chest was on the verge of falling out of her very revealing top. Hmm, I wonder what that was all about? As I was leaving for work one morning, 5:30 in the morning, a sketchy male guy carrying a back pack, just kept getting closer and closer to me and my car, he was smoking, moved from an outside picnic table to crouched down on an embankment right next to my car, this was after he came clear across the parking lot to where I was. No other cars were parked by me. So he wasn’t there because his vehicle was there, there were multiple people loitering outside smoking every evening one guy appeared to be on something. It just wasn’t a safe environment. The room was old, outdated and dark, the small fridge barely worked, the freezer part of it was full of ice, the shower curtain rod was broke away from the wall, pillows were very flat and old

Room had tears in the chair. I found a dirty condom in my bathroom after just walking in. People were getting arrested on property. Sign says Motel six not Hotel Blu

Noticeable what’s not there — hairdryer, tissues, ironing board, no in-room coffee maker. The pool area air was warm, but the water cold. The property caters to workers on assignment who hung out in the front room. One guy smoked (outside) but the smell permeated the lobby area. Food smells with curry are noticeable. The washer & dryer worked well, but the washer needs constant attention for unbalanced loads. This property is a Motel 6. The company appears to let the properties market themselves with different names, but they are under the corporate blue 6 sign. This was our 2nd such property on this trip. Don’t be surprised.

This is NOT a Hotel Blu. It is a Motel 6. No sign of Hotel Blu anywhere! Filthy, people living there, so disappointing! We got there very late in torrential rain. Otherwise, we would have left. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. False advertising!

It was fine for the money. It was clean, safe, comfortable enough. No breakfast (which I understood). A few annoyances. This is a Super 8, so it was a little confusing to look for Hotel Blu and pull into a Super 8. There is a virtual check-in, which is fine, except when an employee is carrying on a loud conversation with others a few feet from you. No facial tissues (so used a lot of toilet paper for my runny nose). The toilet flapper didn't seat correctly, so I had to manually set it every time to stop the toilet from running.
