Perfect in every way ... apartment has recently had a refurb so it is modern stylish comfortable and excellent price ...short walking distance to cafes and river ... Steve the manager is friendly kind and helpful

Just beautiful

Close to shops, restaurants. We even walked to the Sunday markets which were great. Good location for accessing the hinterland

When we arrived we had to call one of the on site managers steve, as the reception was closed. Steve informed me that he had emailed me earlier ( however I was driving and couldn't receive me emails) basically on Sundays the reception is closed at noon. But as far as I was aware check in wasn't until 2pm. Steve gave me the combination to a safe which contained my room key. When we unlocked the room we immediately noticed that the room was not as advertised on ANY website including there own. The room was not to the high standard that the advert would have you believe. I contacted Steve who informed me that nothing could be done about this and that this was in fact the correct room. The next morning at checkout I showed the managers there own website and pictures of the rooms being advertised. I then showed them the pictures of our room which we stayed in and how it did not compare in any way to that which we were sold. Steve agreed with this and stated that the official photos were wrong. But was not willing to offer a refund or compensation. Please be aware that if you stay here around 14 of the 16 room are to the high standard which is advertised online however 2 of the rooms are sub standard and dated. If you have room 16 runaway AVOID. **feels like I've wasted a night of my trip**
