Overall the experience was bad, was told over the phone I could check in at 2 and when I arrived I was told to wait 10 mins for my room to be ready. Long story short the room actually took a hour to get any word back from the front desk it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel ever!

People weren’t wearing masks in the lobby so my friends and I caught coronavirus. There was sketchy WiFi that gave my laptop motherboard a virus and now it’s broken for good. Also the heating and shower were broken throughout our stay. Unfortunately, none of this is me being an over dramatic critic of the hotel. All events listed actually occurred in a span of three days

the room too small for my request and I pay especially for the size of the beds. I canceled for 4 guests. Also the Inducan promotion with breakfast, which was not the case, does not indicate that because of the covid but other hotels offered the rooms. Not really agree

I booked two rooms. Room 1011 had a clogged toilet. I notified the reception, then someone came into my room, and after two attempts, managed to unclog the toilet, but it got all over the bathroom floor. He didn't clean and he didn't ask anyone to clean either. In room 1013 the television did not work. I notified the reception and then someone came, who was very kind. He messed with the devices and the TV went back to work, but the TV control didn't work. This did not allow us to watch television. I booked the two rooms with breakfast and to our surprise the hotel did not offer breakfast and we were not notified before that by Hotel.com. Which made me very dissatisfied with this reservation. Hotel.com must give us a credit for the breakfast that was paid for and we do not enjoy it. Because only at the hotel were we notified of this.

La atención de la persona que recibe en el Lobby es terrible, la habitación huele mal a orine, me cobraron mas por el desayuno que supuestamente estaba incluido y no pasaron a limpiar la habitación ningún día, fue una experiencia horrible
