The service in the restaurant by the lobby is terrible. Anything i had to order was always wrong despite multiple clarifications. One evening we ordered drinks, 4 gin and tonics. It came out as 2 normal gins and one double gin so only 3 glasses. There were only a couple of people working there who were in any way good at their job: a manager and one other guy who’s name I never got. The door men were excellent. Very attentive and welcoming.

They serve fungus food to my son. I have a pic. And after that they are very rude.

The property is in a new area, not fully developed. It is quiet but that also means that it is dark and isolated around there at night. The service is excellent and the staff are superb. The property have few rules. 1. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms 2. Residents of Delhi can't stay there 3.No do not disturb sign on doors 4.Complimentary Tea and coffee is provided but no creamer. You have to call for fresh milk. The hotel is good value for money.

This is a 3* hotel by British standards. Cons: Terrible smell when air con is on - the filters may need changing. Room constantly smells dusty and unfresh - each breath in just stinks. Dust and dirt on every surface - used my own antibacterial wipes from UK to clean the shelves Floor rug full of dust - not vacuumed or taken out to be aired and beaten in probably years. Husband complained that it made him feel itchy - as though he was bitten when we walked on it. Toilet had fresh urine sitting at the bottom of the toilet lid. The cleaners are simply not scrubbing, dusting, vaccuming and bleaching the rooms to a good standard. Can’t see out the window due to condensation. WiFi connection is weak in the room. Hotel is at least 1.5hrs drive from airport to a small, non-touristy little town. There’s a shopping mall approx 10min walk with some restaurant but there’s no other places locally to walk to. Mosque speakers very loud during daytime. Pros: Hotel staff were all very nice and accommodating with regards to early check-in, places to eat and helping with taxis. Fridge in room which had bottled water and snacks (have to pay a 2000rs deposit for it on arrival) Shower was good and water was warm. Gave us complimentary shower gel, body lotion and shampoo of quality The hotel itself looks nice and presentable Beds are comfortable If the standards on room cleaning was up to par, it would have been a quality 4* hotel experience.

Front office staff was so rude , specially the HOD of front office

The staff weren’t very attentive to our needs. Requests at the restaurant were forgotten. They seem to be overworked (15 hour day) This was reflected in the way they serve. I can’t really blame them. The check in staff were slow.

Breakfast was included in the price I paid Expedia But hotel is saying, it is not. Tell the hotel what is included and what is not? Please send me email if it is included. Rajendar Singal

Highly helpful staff. I am very much overwhelmed by the room service, as I asked for tooth brush just at midnight at about 1.00 AM and to my surprise they provided the same within 10 mts with smile. Thanks to the hotel staff.

It is very far from everything and difficult to locate .
