Enjoyable stay with some positives and negatives.
Positives include nice room size, good wifi, reasonable priced well-appointed rooms, comfortable large bed, a great breakfast buffet with large selection and friendly helpful staff. The hotel is in a good location to access boats-taxis, MRT, train, central city attractions or for tour pickups. The downsides include the hallway carpets that need a good cleaning, the elevator system is a bit skrewy (up to 12 floor reception then switch elevators to go to rooms), the in hotel bar is unreasonably pricy for the local area (4X the across the street restaurant costs) and there are few nearby upscale restaurants or shops.

Convenient, pleasant
The location of the hotel is great. Only a 3-min walk is needed to get to the nearest MRT station (Hua Lamphong station). The lobby is located at 12th floor, and you have to go to 12th floor and change to another lift to get to your room. The price is amazingly affordable. Free breakfast and lunch at only SGD58 per night when I booked the room. The hotel staff is very helpful when I asked them for the direction to a nearby hospital. By the way, there is a hospital within the distance of 4-min walk.

Good Hotel in a good Location, poor breakfast
Hotel was in a good location and the hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful! The rooms were really clean and comfy with a good city view. The only downside to the hotel was the less attentive staff in the restaurant. The breakfast was stone cold and we told the waiters who didn't do anything and it was cold both days.

Happy stay
It was a very pleasant stay in Prime Hotel Central Station, thank you for the kind anniversary decorations! Room is great, nice large window with very good view day and night. Service is good, only setback is not easy to get taxi, security guy did good job to look for taxi for us, but they asked way higher price with no meter allowed. We can happily walk to china town and taking MRT just opposite to the hotel. Food is great, especially the lunch, we are too busy to try the spa, when we booked, there was supposed 200 baht included, but they didn't give us. We will surely live book this hotel in our next visit Bangkok.
