White Lotus Hotel

My stay was good except that I booked a room for two people and because my girlfriend is a Vietnamese lady they charged an extra $10 for her to enter the hotel which I thought was unfair and also made her feel like she was a prostitute. I moved to a different hotel and they did not charge any extra because she was Vietnamese

Good location within walking distance to city centre. Clean spacious room quite and peaceful. Distance to airport is not too far away, Major hotels are around the vicinityand finding food is no problem. Strongly recommended.

I arrived at the hotel and was told that it was fully booked. I asked about the refund to my credit card and was told that it will happen in the next few days. It has been already two weeks, and I have not received my refund. I contacted Hotels.com 2-3 days after the incident, they told me they contacted the hotel and would get back to me. I did not receive from Hotels.com either an email or a case number, and I am still waiting for my refund.

Loved the location, close to downtown, famous market and attractions yet located in a quiet street. The bathroom was not clean, toilet seat had pee on it when lifting it up, I cleaned it with Lysol wipes. Breakfast which was included was nothing out of the ordinary, one morning the ran out of bread, next guests who came in after us had no toast. Restaurant staff at breakfast didn’t seem very friendly or caring, they were cleaning the floors while guests weee having breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

I could not sleep at the hotel because the room next to me there were people up all night and I could hear a regular tone of conversation through the walls and I was unable to get any sleep

Li van binh the night reception guy who attended to me was not very accepting and he was rude. He was sleeping at the front desk when i came back. Overall the morning staff was great and helpful

Nice hotel in a good location in district 1, as a young couple we walked everywhere (except to the bus terminal) but the hotel will also readily assist in getting taxis. On a street a bit off from the Ho Chi Minh walking street (posh area) with some construction going on but not disruptive. The only negative and I am sorry if I offended her in some way, but the woman on the egg station at breakfast scowled at me and my partner every morning and never smiled when I said hello.... not quite sure how we offended her so badly but by our third morning we were self conscious of her looks toward us. Nothing against the hotel though, the reception staff went above and beyond to help us. Rooms spacious and clean.

Location is good, near to the place which I wanted to go. Breakfast should have more variety.

comfortable and clean room. reasonable price for the room. overall enjoyed the stay.

Staff was very nice and accommodating.
