Great location, very nice room with everything you need plus a beautiful view ! Very clean and well maintained hotel with a great and flexible staff ! I will super recommend !

While the stay was mostly pleasant and the hotel has a beautiful view of the caldera from the balconies of the room, our room was broken into on the second night of our stay and many items were stolen. The police investigated, and future travelers should be aware that there are no cameras on this property and the rooms are not secure. If security is a priority, I would suggest you book a different Imerovigli hotel.

Great Spot in Santorini!
It’s a smaller boutique hotel but it is where you want to be ... we were mins away from some of the most beautiful sunset spots on the island. The breakfast included is also quite good, they always made sure that we had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend.

We arrived at the hotel just after 7 am but the reception opens around 0830 so we thought we wait to see if we can check in and pay extra as me and wife were really tired after a long journey. Front desk receptionist wasn't willing to listen to my wife and kept repeating "not negotiable, come at 2 pm to check in. Front desk staff (Sergio) was very unprofessional, aggressive and rude towards us. We were only trying to give constructive feedback on how he should speak to visitors but he didn't want to listen and he packed his bag and went home. Even his own colleague was surprised. This holiday was ruined on the first morning. Spoke to the manager Mariana who wasn't present at that time when this took place. Still waiting to hear back from her as she said she's dealing with it. Also, there were switch sockets wasn't screwed on properly, very unsafe. Hotel was clean and good location. Staff needs to be overlooked at in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend to friends or family to visit this hotel in the future.
