Staff less than helpful, with a completely couldn't careless attitude. All the rooms were external as the central part of the hotel locked up from 11pm. Mould in the downstairs corridor. Hotel in quite a rundown state.

Dreadfully tired hotel with terrible service. Tired cold room, I had to find alternative accommodation. Along with the extremely poor standard of the room, there is no wifi as promised in the listing, and is painted in a three meter high sign on the outside hotel wall. Due to the lack of promised facilities the hotel agreed to refund the cost paid. Despite efforts by Hotels.com the hotel has failed to honour this.

Our hearts sank when we pulled up at this hotel it looked tired and run down and did not improve much when we got inside. This hotel bore very little resemblance to the pictures on the website. The staff however were welcoming and helpful. The only good thing to say about the bedroom was that it was clean and tidy but somewhat on the very small size. There was no working kettle (there was one but it did not work) and complimentary tea/coffee as indicated in the hotel description thankfully we had are own travel kettle. There also was no hair-dryer which was also indicated in the hotel description. On the upside was did have dinner in the restaurant which was good. Just about adequate for a night stop for the price.

We stay there for one night, stayed before found it very convenient for our onward journey. Probably stay again cheap and cheerful.

The check in was fast and smooth, as was the checkout. I was tired at the end of the day of driving, and the staff facilitated a quick process. The room was clean and had a big bed, and the location was near the highway without being noisy. They also had a variety of free teas and coffee in the room.

One night only stay to break up a long journey north from Spain. The room was small but clean, warm & adequate for my needs.

The hotel staff were excellent. Very friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom, although on the small side were both clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the liquid soap dispensers - not the usual bars of soap! The dinner menu was comprehensive and enjoyable.

Établissement plus que convenable. Le personnel est agréable. La chambre est très propre.

Accueil froid dès notre arrivée. Porte de chambre qui se verrouille mal de l'intérieur. Pas de nettoyage de la chambre durant notre séjours (3 nuits), alors je conçoit qu'avec la crise sanitaire on ne puisse plus nous changer les draps et les serviettes mais au moins qu'on passe dans la chambre nettoyer le sol, la salle de bain et vider les poubelles. Très décevant, je ne recommande pas... Le seul point positif reste la piscine qui est agréable à cette saison.
