Clean and Comfortable in Casuarina
The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Fixtures and appliances were great, shower was really powerful. Free secure parking under the building. Very quiet considering it is peak season, and convenient for Cabarita Beach with its shops and restaurants.

Cotton beach visit
We love the location and have stayed there before too. The beds were really confortable and we loved the big table and nice furniture at the balcony. Towels and bed clothes were enough and we were happy for the dishwasher, washmachine and dryer. We missed proper cleaning tools for the floor as we stayed for two weeks and would have liked to clean once in a while. Unfortunately, this time there was a bad smell in the plumbing both in kitchen and bathroom. One of the main badroom sinks was plugged and water didn't go down well. The fridge leaked much water inside and even out on the floor. We had to be careful that our food wouldn't get wet of the dirty water. Sofas, carpet and Windows were dirty. We payed much more than our friends for the same size room and didn't have free wifi.

Family stay on quiet beach.
Great size apartment in wonderful location. Lovely pool and landscape. Good size bedrooms. Black Oak restaurant in the building, serves breakfast through to dinner too.

We really enjoyed the location and being a quieter spot. Apartment size was good and the balcony nice and private. Great being able to walk out the back gate for the beach. The mattras in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, no hairdryer, very limited items in kitchen cupboard. Extremely poor internect connection.

Our apartment was spacious,clean and comfortable. Cotton Beach is between Cabarita and Casuarina where there are good shops and cafes etc, although there is not a lot within quick walking distance from the resort so a car is needed. Also key collection is away from the resort but was easy to access and directions were clear. Feedback was given about a few extras that the apartment needs; coathangers, bottle opener (we donated one), face cloths in bathrooms and spare tea towels. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable and the off-site staff were friendly.

Totally unacceptable to receive email on the day before arrival advising that check-in was at a remote location 15kms from the property. Although property was clearly booked far less than full occupancy request for upper level apartment was completely disregarded, despite managers website clearly specifying that this class of accommodation included a choice between ground floor and top floor.
