I came from Sydney for 2 nights. Few things: 1. Difficult to find as there are no signs, randomly tried code for the gate given and it worked after 3 rounds 3. Location & property is good 4. Washing machine wasn’t working, whole reason I booked this hotel 5. Bedroom was very dusty & my husband has hayfever issues 6. Room was spacious

Lovely Apartment With Secure Parking.
Self check in details arrived by text and were easy to follow. Apartment was delightful with bedroom downstairs and lounge/kitchen upstairs. Apartment was very well furnished and well equipped for a short or long term stay. We both loved it. It is also walking distance to Salamanca Place and Central Hobart. Parking was very secure in an onsite undercover carpark.

The property is located bear beautiful Battery Point and 5 minutes foot walk to Salamanca place. From the balcony you have a very good view onto the harbour area. The appartement is large and of good quality.

We love staying here. The rooms are clean and roomy and it's in walking distance to the city centre and Salamanca.

The location was excellent, you could walk to most places. As for the property itself, it could really do with some maintenance as the air-conditioning in the living area did not work properly, TV reception was very poor, a few globes out, washing machine out of order, no fly screens on the external sliding doors to allow fresh air in. The room itself was great, very spacious although a nice couch to relax back on in the evening would have been great.

Location, location, location!
This is a fantastic location for a stay in Hobart. It’s a short walk (<5 min) to Salamanca Place and the waterfront. In another direction, a brief jaunt takes you into the heart of Battery Point with its historic homes, with Sandy Bay not too far away either. The apartment block is well maintained and secure parking is an added benefit. The unit we stayed in was pretty stark, with nothing on the walls and a lack of comfortable seating - but otherwise fine.

Great location and comfortable.
Nice, convenient stay again. All details and check in is simple and communication is timely and friendly. Were a couple of areas in the bathroom that could use a bit of basic maintenance (e.g. door handle was loose and some paint lifting) but nothing terrible). Our room also appeared to be missing the compendium which would have been useful for the bedroom A/C code. Great spot only 5 minute stroll to Salamanca, parking is great and would definitely stay again.
