This is a newer hotel. We had the 2 bedroom suite. The size of the suite, and its layout were fantastic. The view overlooking the old Armory out to the Southern hills was nice. Beds were large and comfortable. However, the living room and eat in kitchen were permeated with stale cigarette smoke. Also, the furnishings were very damaged by previous guests and repaired very poorly. If the hotel fixed those issues, it would be an excellent value.

We stayed for one night with a 10 year old and a two year old. The property is in great condition and very clean. Our kids and us love it there and we will definitely be coming back. The breakfast buffet is very tasty. The kids loved the waffles and toppings. They provided a pack and play free of charge.

Stayed a nice two bedroom. Property was clean just a bit outdated. Kitchen needs glasses not just mugs. Temperature got warm at night and thermostat had a mind of its own. Street noise and people on the street at night can be easy to hear in the room. I suggest using a white noise app as that worked for us and we had a lovely stay. Great walking distance to restaurants and parking you car at the hotel is a great option vs street parking, but it costs $14 a night to park. Free breakfast was great. More options than a lot of free breakfasts from hotels. I’d stay again. I’d suggest to hotel to provide coffee in lobby all day not just in the morning for breakfast.

Great location within walking distance of the MOST, Bars and several restaurants. The pool is small and the free breakfast is not as good as most places, very limited choices. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Suite was very clean, beds were comfy, good shower. People at reception were very helpful. Less than perfect things were not a big deal but included: kitchen sink didn't drain properly and garbage disposal didn't work. (When I told reception, they took note to have it looked at.) Property is a tad rundown at the edges (e.g. torn wallpaper in the elevator area). When I asked if they had more fruit for breakfast 15 min before breakfast ended, the woman who came to check the food clearly was not happy, banging pans around. I had to go find a valet to get my car when we were leaving.
