Great place to stay for a Norfolk break
We booked three rooms for three nights for a family group. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and remarkably quiet considering two rooms overlooked the beer garden. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the generous and well cooked breakfasts.

The hotel was lovely and our room was clean and spacious. We had the family room. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a delicious breakfast every morning and drinks and dinner at the restaurant and bar one evening. There is also a little playground in the beer garden for kids which was good.

Pro’s Hotel is set in a nice enough garden, campers on the bottom field and we had a share of starters from the bar menu that were yummy. Food and drinks really reasonably priced and lovely to sit out on what was a warm evening. The room was nice enough, bed was comfy and large en-suite bathroom with bath, on a dark evening I bet you can see loads of stars as no street lights etc. The dining area was dated but clean and all COVID measures in place. Perfectly placed for tours from Hoveton and a short drive to Salhouse Broads. Cons Our room, no 6 was right (like literally could touch out the window) next to the large extractor fan for the kitchen below, this was very loud until it went off at 8.30pm and then it was on again at 8.30am for breakfast service ... the room smelt of the contents of the kitchen as a result. The hotels noisy water tank is above room 6 (well it sounds like) so every time someone washes their hands - you catch my drift. Although the chef singing row row row your boat at 7am did make me chuckle. On a Sunday, breakfast is only served from 7-9am but you won’t be having a lie in anyway in room 6 so no bother there - ha. I don’t think it’s worth £95, don’t think I’d have been as miffed if it was cheaper but was expecting more and was v.tired upon leaving.

Such a lovely hotel, we had a peaceful nice sleep, our room was huge and welcoming. We followed our nights stay with Breakfast which you could have whatever you wanted. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back again.
