Not even close to 4 star. Kitchenette but no utensils. Luke warm water in shower. Best I can say about breakfast is that it's cheap. Staff poorly trained. 15 euro Uber to town. Needs a refurb.

It was truly awful. The service was mediocre but we found 2 cockroaches in our room. The staff came to take it away. The first time they spray repellent and left the room stinking so badly we had to go out until the smell died down. They give you a kitchen but you have to pay an extra €15 for crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. And another €10 deposit for a kettle which we never got back. Our air conditioner was ridiculously loud and only worked in the corridor as you walked in. The air conditioning didn’t work in the bedrooms and despite complaining a couple of times, they only managed to sort it out on the last evening. The air conditioning system was half hanging out of the ceiling which was dangerous as it could fall off at any moment. I asked them to fix it on the first day and although they assured me it would, they never did. When I complained about the cockroaches I was advised not to open the terrace doors. How can you go to Spain and not open the terrace doors and enjoy the terrace? I. The end we were terrified that we would have an invasion of them that we didn’t spend any time on the terrace. We paid for breakfast but chose not to have it at the hotel as the hygiene is questionable if cockroaches are running around. I wouldn’t mind if we paid €60 or something like that for the night. My expectations would have been lower...however, we paid over £1000 for 4 nights. That the same as many 5* hotels. It’s disgusting and outrageous. I am writing to the management

El agua caliente no salía pareja

Upgraded to a fabulous room with amazing views of the Costa del Sol. Tranquil and peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer

The hotel staff were almost all wonderful. Friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was disappointing. Very tired with stains on the sofa and the floor, peeling paint and some broken fixtures. It was also freezing cold because the air conditioning didn’t work properly - eventually the staff simply turned it off altogether. Hot water was sporadic - sometimes great, sometimes shower was freezing. No kettle or mugs in room so no chance to make a drink. Key cards were unreliable - sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn’t. Swimming pool was lovely, as was the charming lifeguard.

When I got a room, the temperature controller was broken. I asked the reception staff to come and check it, but she said it is not broken just I didn't know how I use it. I explained several times, how it is now. Finally, some of a technician agree to come to my room and checked. He decided to change my room because the temperature controller couldn't repair immediately. I changed the room but it was not a good feeling,

Room was very cold at night and a very high cost to use the pool!!

Amaizing service, good location. I felt like being at home away from home.

Very enjoyable, front of house staff exceptionally pleasant, breakfast very good. A lack of local evening dining options and the one night we wished to dine at the hotel it was restricted to pre booked guests only
