Very nice suite with a big bathroom and full kitchenette. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and property. Very pleasant staff.

Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. However, the AC barely kept the room cool, and the WiFi was slow and inconsistent.

Wish I would have read reviews. All the owner says over and over again is it will be better when you come next time. As stated in past reviews the doors were in fact open to a few units which I found odd when I arrived but figured it was due to cleaning. Getting in to my room it was probably 85-90 degrees and smelled like cat urine. I left after dropping my things off for a few hours and returned that night. Went to pull back my sheets and a bug was crawling around in the bed. Sheets had big yellow stains. Charging $75 a night for this kind of service is ludicrous. Should be a $49 a night hotel room. After finding the bug the owner demanded to see a picture as if I was lying and then gave me a hard time getting a refund cause I booked through hotels.com which is a whole other complaint how they handle refunds. I left this location and went next door to the motel 6. Sat in my truck and booked online again, go inside to get my room card and look at the business card on the counter...same last name as the owner of this dump. Luckily the bed was a little more tolerable but not by much. That room also had a odor to it but by that time I was to tired to move again and surely didn’t want to deal with hotels.com refund policy again so I just slept in my clothes and chalked it up as another loss.

Towels were stained. Probably had been cleaned but not bleached. Had to buy bath towels to use. Complimentary breakfast was just average. Had to ask for regular items because it was not made available at the breakfast bar. (Batter for waffles, Milk, etc)

Excellent service
The service was great. I’ve stayed here a few times before. Great price for the room. I even called ahead for them to turn the air on because the this Texas weather its super hot! I walked into a nice cold comfortable room.
