Booked based on location and cost/value. Room was huge with every amenity imaginable for an adult-y stay.Tub and shower set up was amazing. Breakfast was so-so, but courtesy shuttle to airport.

I liked everything. The only issue was that the staff's English was not developed. I only recommended that since Osaka is a large tourist area m more English speaking individuals were working the front desk.

The room was very unique, and so many amenities! Loved the massage chair and jacuzzi tub. Being so close to the airport, it can be loud when the planes take off/land, but fortunately, with the windows closed, you can barely tell what's happening outside. There's also blackout sliders so you can sleep in past 5am when the sun comes up. The room itself did smell of stale cigarettes, but we were able to air it out. Overall, a great room and hotel.

Nice and spacious, and close to the airport. Very roomy for the price, and generous with stuff like facilities/toiletries and such. It can be a bit noisy - major road is right next to it, as are some train tracks. It does have a distinct "also available by the hour" vibe, which I didn't particularly mind but might be something to keep in mind for the easily scandalised.

Nothing interesting around this hotel but there was a good choice of places to eat within walking distance. Hotel staff were super friendly and the Japanese style spa area was very nice and larger than I expected. It had a really reliable airport transfer included. For a stop off from or too the airport I would highly recommend.

Nice and big accomadation, staff are nice and helpful, the only need to improve is provide transport from hotel to airport. Don't mind pay for transport instead of pushing languages for 15 minute to airport. Especially when is raining.
