Clean, friendly as they can be in COVID times. Masks (for COVID) were inconsistently worn by staff( at front desk, always). Guests sometimes wore. There was not really any breakfast. Walls thin so you heard neighbors noise (TV, loud talking, etc). Beds comfortable.

FAMILY BIRTHDAY GET A WAY
Arrived in early evening for the night. When arrived no one in the lobby or behind front desk. Looked around for someone for a bit. Finally a person came around from the restaurant with food and went behind the desk. Did not say anything about the breakfast the next morning other to give us our key cards. The tub in the one room drained very very slowly. Were in water up to your ankles when done in shower. Bed was comfortable and such. Room was clean. Front staff when leaving was not the friendliest either.

Overall the hotel is just okay. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear the conversation in the room next to me as if I was a foot away. The same goes for any conversations that take place in the hallway. My biggest issue is that I was double charged. I paid ahead of time and then upon check in they took my card for incidentals. After checking out I saw a rather large charge and called to see what it was for and they explained for the room, when I said that I had already paid their response was, “oh yes, it looks like you’re right.” I’m still waiting to see if the refund actually comes through. It’s an okay place if you absolutely need to stay in that area, but definitely not worth paying double for.

VERY COMFORTABLE - VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY --- ONE ISSUE WHEN WE STAYED - ON A FLOOR ABOVE - THERE WAS A LOUD FIGHT AND THE LOUD MUSIC AND HEAVY PARTY GOING ON UNTIL 3 IN THE MORNING

Everything was organized and planned out due to the COVID situation. They were courteous and accommodating. The design was appealing and made me feel welcomed as a visitor.
