Stayed here just one night but it was great. In walking distance to dinning and shopping center. Clean room and friendly staff. Parking is safe and secure with security on site. They offer a social hour in the evening which has great appetizers and drinks.Breakfast the next morning was also very good. Will stay here again when visiting Cuauhtemoc.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it has a good location but overall it’s in terrible condition. It is old and has not been remodeled or taken good care of for years. We got a room that had two double beds. One of which had stains and hairs all over. We slept on the other bed because it looked a little better. My pillow was terrible and ended up with a hurting neck. I did not want to switch to the other bed’s pillows because they had hairs. The drain on the sink was so dirty it was disgusting. All the had towels had holes in them. When I was taking a shower the drain started overflowing water, which was disgusting. After I took a shower I tried to blow dry my hair and the hair dryer was not working. The room’s door did not close well, it was folded on the bottom so we had light come from outside because it was folded. We ended up checking out earlier than what we had paid for because we were tired of no sleeping well and having the room so dirty. Will definitely not stay there again.

Everything was nice and clean front desk staff and cleaning staff was really nice and helpful! Only complain I have is the lady in charge of the breakfast was pretty rude, we stayed for 4 nights and was told they could only give us 2 free breakfast passes and we would pay for the other every time we would go for breakfast, which was no problem but the front desk told us our underage daughter didn’t need one and could go ahead and get breakfast with her name on my ticket. The breakfast lady did not like that one bit and declined to give my Daugther pancakes and said she could only get stuff from the open area. She had attitude and even went to the front desk to find out if we were lying. The second complaint again the breakfast lady we finished eating breakfast and the lady comes up to my husband and ask for his ticket when he already gave it to her IN THE BEGINNING OF BREAKFAST. She seemed uneasy when my husband said he gave it to her already and we just felt uncomfortable during breakfast after that. Other than that services was great!
