This hotel is in the middle of everything. All the bars and restaurants is just a few steps away. The hotel grounds and rooms are in excellent condition.

Great balcony view, attentive service
The best thing about this hotel was our spacious, well furnished balcony overlooking the beach which is right across the street. The constant sound of the surf enhanced our relaxation. Breakfast wasn't included in our reservation, but the staff served us a generous continental breakfast each morning. For other meals, we enjoyed super fresh fish and lobster at nearby beachfront restaurants. The nearby disco was loud late at night, as noted in other comments. We were able to sleep by closing the balcony doors and running the aircon until the disco closed. We definitely will return despite that flaw.

Right across from the Beach!
The hotel was easy to find and parking in front was free and a breeze. Most people we found touring Nicaragua hadn't rented cars. The staff was attentive and very helpful. The room was very nice and we upgraded to ocean front on the third floor for a couple of nights. The only drawback is the noise at night so we used the proffered ear plugs each night and slept well. We were able to get our coffee and breakfast sent to our room each morning or if you prefer you can eat in the lobby/bar area. This hotel is right in the middle of the entire tourist section so there's a lot of street and pedestrian traffic. Good restaurants nearby as well as many bars.

Great ocean views, great location, noisy at night
The rooms are quite simple; but, very spacious and clean. The ocean view from the room was a bonus; but, a bunch of telephone wires were right in prime view. Maybe the top floors have a less obstructive view. It was nice to sit on the balcony for some fresh air reading. The staff were very friendly and attentive. This hotel is right in the middle of the action, so it does get loud at night. Once the parties died down- I slept peacefully to the waves. Our room is facing the street so maybe the inner rooms are less noisy. Overall great hotel. I probably wouldn’t recommend to a friend unless they are night owls or the party type.
