We booked an apartment for 6 people because the two of us wanted a bedroom each. As a result it was very spacious but still economical compared to those on the sea front. A good compromise since it was only a short walk (<5 mins) to the Grand Plage. Situated in a pleasant and safe area, with it’s own row of shops, supermarket, delis, bakery, laundrette etc. Good selection of bars and brasseries makes a nice alternative to the town centre. Made good use of small pool and sun terrace. Never seemed busy. Staff were very helpful on local area, travel, taxi booking etc and also very tolerant of our poor French.

There are some hotel services Residence Lagrange does not provide such as 24hrs reception (you get a key/code for out-of-office hours) or cleaning services (they come to check your room prior to check-out) but it is a comfortable, well located, nice place. It is walking distance from the beach and shops, staff is polite and they speak English, there is free parking in the few spots next to the hotel and has a pool (which is smaller than in their promotional picture). All in all, it is nice place for a family stay in Biarritz.

Check in was smooth, close to bus lines and the beach. There is a free bus that runs downtown which is nice, but doesn't run on Sunday. We were shocked to have to pay a pretty big deposit of 400 euro for the weekend. I must have missed that when I booked that you had to pay a deposit. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were not. Overall the stay was good and I would stay there again. Also wifi is not free.

Tout est parfait 👍 l’emplacement, l’accueil, le logement !!! Nous sommes venus en famille - 3 personnes - et notre chien Nous y étions déjà descendus et nous y retournerons avec plaisir😀

nous avions déjà séjourné en février 2020 et nous avons été déçu de la propreté global de l'appartement.nous l'avons signalé dès notre prise en compte auprès de la responsable .

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé , nous étions très bien logés dans un beau duplex et la situation de la résidence était idéale. Nous avons apprécié Confort et propreté, et très bien accueillis par les hôtesses .

Tout était impeccable, de l’accueil à la qualité des prestations. Dommage que le hamam ait été en panne.
