Nice place, but not for me.
I went with my special lady friend for a romantic b-day weekend. It is a bit hard to be romantic when the lights are as bright as they are at this hotel. It was either stadium lighting or completely black. I can't comment on the spa because we didn't use it, but it looked nice. The pool is very large, but unfortunately they only have a lap pool. I had the impression it would be a regular hotel pool. I was wrong. Since I was not interested in swimming laps I did not get in. I was quite happy with the breakfast. The coffee was good, there was lots of fresh fruit, and of course eggs and some remains of dead animals. Quite tasty. I didn't have many interactions with the staff, but when I did speak to them or ask for help they were very capable and polite. I doubt I will stay here again because a) I won't use the sauna or pool b) the light situation in the room is beyond annoying

No ironing board available in the room. In order to fix a wrinkled shirt; one needs to call the room service, give them the shirt and wait 25 minutes for it to come back. While the price and the promptness is amazing, it is much less convenient than having the option of ironing your own clothes in your room! On the other hand, the reception staff are very nice. The room cleanses is impressive. The breakfast is Ok. The swimming pool is amazing!

Very good value!!!
Excellent location with easy walking distance to center city. In a quiet neighborhood. Good sized rooms with modern fittings. Restaurant is both very good and reasonably priced. Get the breakfast! The real winner is the excellent spa, gym (large!) and pool.

Christmas in Lviv
I spent the Christmas holidays at this hotel, and was invited...with all the other guests....to a special Christmas dinner. Without charge! It was a typical Ucranian Christmas Eve meal, filled with delicious, symbolic dishes. I loved it!
