Incredibly nice hotel! Nice comfy beds, heated bathroom floors and air conditioning. Breakfast was worth every penny, one of the best we have had at any hotel in the three years we have been in Europe!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone; from the arrival to the departure the hotel staff and room cleaning team were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is very well situated and surrender by shops, restaurants and bars. Couldn't try the hotel restaurant as it was closed for the Holidays but will return shortly.

Convenient location but so-so
Hotel had historical charm but the bathroom was really dated and the shower didn’t drain. Couldn’t take a shower without having to turn the water off and let it drain.

I was placed in the annex with no lift elevator. It is tough for me to go up stairs, but I had to carry two 40 LB suitcases up 60 steps and four floors to our room. it took a while and lots of stops for catching my breath. Will not make another reservation at this hotel!

Good place for a stop over
A nice room in a good position.The street noise levels gave the impression of been in the centre but it was also quiet at night. There is safe parking for my bike and all the staff were great.

I absolutely loved this hotel right from check in. The young lady that checked us in was fabulous. I mentioned that my daughter had a gluten allergy and the next morning at breakfast the server came over and offered GF bread. That was a nice touch. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are awesome. The hotel is located centrally on the strip and close to everything. This is the place to stay if you are in Bastogne.

Check in area is very small and only staffed with someone from the restaurant attached to the hotel. Had a long wait to get checked in and then was assigned to a different room. In the end the hotel got us switched to the right room. But we lost about an hour during the whole check in process. After that the hotel was as expected. Great location.
