Stayed for one night in a triple. Was happy with what was on offer for the price , no complaint at all. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and bottle of water in the room. Fresh beddings and towels. In fact will stay there if in the area again. Staff very helpful at reception.

Convenient, clean and excellent value hotel in Pontyclun. There are limited hotels in the area so this is a great choice. Great service too!

2nd stay so can’t be that bad
Stopped here for the 2nd time for work, overall a good comfortable hotel, only thing I don’t like is the blinds in the room, they don’t block out enough light, so if they changed those, would be more than happy. Great friendly prompt service, comfortable bed, shower/bath all good, good WiFi too.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Room was clean and what you'd expect for the price you pay. Comfortable bed, tea, coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate provided as well as toiletries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very easy to park at the hotel. Only bad thing about the stay was the headboard in the room was scuffed and the location of the hotel isn't in walling distance to shops, restaurants etc. However the hotel has a bar and restaurant attached. Would stay again :)

The room was OK but the wall of the room was badly maintained. The paint was peeling off. The staff lied to me regarding the availability of breakfast and when I got ready for breakfast I was told there was nothing because of the time of the year. That was really annoying and disappointing.

Excellent accommodation
The room was excellent, very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the large tv, tea and coffee, and complimentary bottled water made it very homely. The young family running it were very friendly.

Used the hotel as a base so it proved very good. Easy to find in an unfamiliar area. Restaurant next door is not up to the same standard unfortunately. Tried it for evening meal and breakfast.

Motel not Hotel but worthwhile stay
Newly furnished and would describe more like a motel. Accommodation situated to the side , two storeys,steps to second floor. We had a family Room with two double large comfy beds with tea, coffee, cappuccino and hit chocolate supplied for our son. Slight problem with Electric shower tripping but resolved by helpful staff within minutes. Would stay again as it is near sons house.
