Be mindful when choosing Pay At The Hotel option from Wotif. There is no terms and conditions mentioning when you should be at the hotel to check in and sort out the payment. Apparently, if we use debit card and not in the hotel by 6PM, the room is cancelled automatically. This is not in booking confirmation and we never receive any message or call related to this (including when the hotel is cancelling our stay)

Value for money. Can’t fault it too much.
Contrary to reviews, I found the staff courteous and able to understand English. Can’t fault the hotel for the price paid in the location, however there are some stuff which can be improved; room doors can be affixed with soft closing cos a lot of slamming can be heard, also the walls are not soundproof and there was 1 nite the next room was chatting away and children making a lot of noise. There can be more hooks to be placed in the room/bathroom since there is no closet. Breakfast is decent. On the whole pretty happy with the hotel n staff.

The staff is soooo nice and the food is everything
I need to check in so late - on 11 pm, and got a nice guy to help me filling the document. The staff was so helpful when I ask some recommended food and mini market. Love the interior so much but the female staffs was so awkward. Their wearing a white wig btw. The breakfast is everything esp. their fillet dory. Would love to comeback soon!

This is a good budget option. Beware of the paper-thin walls, though. I heard my neighbor’s toilet routine as well as anything else that happened in his room or the hallway.
