Crappiest breakfast ever really bankrupt options.

The staff was very accommodating and went out of the way to serve make our stay pleasant.

It was good to enjoy the pool at night after we finished all our activities during the day.

Loved this place. Staff was excellent rooms where clean. We had a lovely welcoming.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now. I have really enjoyed how central it is to everything and how secured their parking garage is. During my last stay I noticed the building across the street had been demolished and it looks like they are starting construction on a new building. Construction started around 8-9am during the week I was there so if you are a light sleeper who likes to sleep in you might want to reconsider this place. If you are a heavy sleeper you shouldn’t have a problem with it. Another negative thing about my recent stay was that the elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage from the garage parking lot up to the second floor (third floor of you count the lobby). We had been on vacation for over a week before we got to playa so we had a few suitcases. We didn’t try the breakfast as we usually like to try small local restaurants around the area. Overall the hotel is great but if you are trying to go to playa to relax and sleep in this is probably not the location for you. I forgot to mention that there is a restaurant/bar across the way that stays open until around midnight and had their music fairly loud.

We really enjoyed our stay at Soho Playa Hotel. The staff was inviting and helpful, they all worked hard to help us have the best experience possible. Our room was very clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our private hammock on our balcony. The included breakfast had many options, and was filling. We really loved the rooftop deck, and we had it to ourselves most of the time! The rooftop bar is not always staffed, but they seem to be ok with you bringing your own drinks up there if there are no staff to serve you, which was perfectly ok with us. When there was a server up there she was so attentive, and checked in on us regularly, and provided us with complimentary nuts to go with our beers. We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples, singles and families! It was affordable, and so close to the main strip and within walking distance to beaches, grocery stores and the ADO station :)
