We wanted a hotel that reflected the city, not just another hotel. The Celine is a beautiful old building and oozes character. The location is excellent and the staff even better. This is a very welcoming hotel and I'm very happy to endorse. Emre gave us plenty of his time to explain where to go and how to get the best from our visit. If we had a single negative, it's the wi-fi which drops out and is a bit slow. Overall though, you can't go wrong.

Everything good from check-in to check-out. Mr Fahim at the reception deserve special mention. Each member of the service team appear proactive, down to the breakfast room and house keeping. Hotel decor and furnishings reflect rich taste of the owner in every detail. That the airport transfer payment had to be made in ‘cash’ to the reception instead of ‘card payment’ to the hotel was a weak side. This Celine Hotel made our four day trip to Istanbul truly complete.

We enjoyed our stay at the Celine hotel. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. The rooms are large and well appointed. I loved the beautiful Turkish decor in the rooms and the hotel. The hotel has a great location and is a 5 minute walk to the main attractions and also the grand Bazaar. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, wonderfully appointed, elegant, Ottoman-style boutique hotel. Location great. Breakfast was simple but very nicely done. Perfect location The hotel manager (Emre) and his staff were very accommodating: arranged hotel-airport transfers, suggested sites/tours... just a great experience. I travel a lot and can completely recommend this hotel. You'll love it too!

The hotel is in centrally located alley but it is a bit difficult for taxi to find. The breakfast is okay but if there is improvement in the hotel, it will be great. Due to the high ceiling, it takes a long time for the air conditioner to heat the room. It is bette if there is heater installed.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet
The Celine is a gorgeous small hotel steps away from Sultanahmet Square and all its riches. From the moment you step through the doors you are treated with every courtesy. The front desk staff is supremely knowledgeable about the city and will be happy to help you arrange your day. The rooms are spacious, elegant and the bed is extremely comfortable. Beautiful woodwork and marquetry is on display throughout. The all marble bathroom feels decadent, robes and slippers are provided for your comfort. The breakfast room is located in a covered patio, with lovely brick and tile work. Breakfast itself is a variety of hot and cold dishes, as well as fresh fruits and juices. Hot dishes are prepared to order. Staying here was a joy, and we hope to return soon!

My second time at this hotel. I love the style and high ceilings of this old building that has been totally renovated. Walking distance to the Grand Bazaar and other places of interest. I highly recommend this jewel of a hotel.

Perfect stay!
February 2018 Stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Greeted by friendly staff. He was polite and very helpful. Checking in and out was smooth and fast. He showed us the map of Istanbul and detailed the places we should visit. Location of hotel is the best! Blue mosque and the tourist attractions are Just within 2mins walk. Delicious turkish food outlets/ Restaurants are within the hotels vacinity. Our Room had the sea view which was beautiful. It was a wonderful experience! Thank You!
