Coral Inn Boutique Hotel

This is the worst Accommodation we ever had, First we had to park on the Street, get the all our stuff 100 meters and 2 flights of stairs into our Room. the room was small and not what we wanted the floor was dangerous with socks on and the shower was so slippery that we had to have a towel on the floor to make sure we did not fall and break any bones in our body. The owner was rude and not a nice person. I recommend strongly that you wipe this place from your list. Out of 10 the best I give this place a -(Minus)10

Management were lovely. Room was fresh & clean. While being assured the other rooms are not like it & street is not normally so busy. We found it off putting that room was so small the queen bed was pushed against the wall and we had to climb over each other through the night. Only limited parking for a few cars if small otherwise parking is down the street. Street was full of cars & had to park quite a way down the street.

The Coral Inn was spotlessly clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable bed I have slept in, in a hotel/bnb. If you have ever traveled to Germany, you will love the sausage or meatloaf for breakfast, it bought back memories. The entire property was well maintained and it is operated by the family that own it, they have put there heart and sole in it. There is a bbq area if you wish to cook your own meals or plenty of restaurants around. The property is probably more suited if you have a car as it would be a considerable walk to the beach. I did find that the best beaches were about a ten minute drive out of town anyway, no crowds. The only issue I had was the room was on the smallish side.

It is very quiet with a location in the suburbs ...welcoming host and comfy beds . Great for an overnight stay.

More a BnB then a hotel, located in a residential street

Location was ok, staff very friendly, parking was not so good. Microwave/ dining room only available from 8am which was no good for us as we like to get out earlier than 8, plus no kettle available for use as the one in the room shorted out the building.

The Coral Inn was a pleasant surprise with lovely rooms at the back of the property. Well appointed and comfortable. May not suit a traveller without a vehicle as it is a little way out of town but does advise that it is close to public transport.

On arrival there was nobody at reception, however, this was not a problem as there was an addressed envelope with instructions. We were surprised and disappointed that there was no off-street parking and we felt a little nervous leaving our car on the street. It turned out fine. The area at the back of the property was a great for children. The room was quite small but had lovely wall coverings and the bed was comfortable. We were awoken very early by young kids running around and shouting outside but this was no fault of the property. It should be noted that this property is 27 minutes walk to the main eating / beach area and we should have done some more research before we booked it, regarding its location.

The most scenic hotel, we stayed in Australia, The owner took time to talk to you, He shared his local knowledge of where to watch the turtles in the sea which we would have missed otherwise. Lovely breakfast .
