Good hotel but small room
My stay was good. The room is small and the bathroom could be neater. The hotel offered breakfast for 2 which is a plus. I also used the swimming pool.

Staff in serious need of training.
Room was not ready when I arrived at 4pm. The ignorant check in crew couldn’t see anything wrong with that. One argued boldly that I paid Hotels.com and not them! Definitely not coming back!!!

Good hotel that meets international standard. Staff pleasant and ready to help. What they called "light breakfast " is fully breakfast compared with other international hotels.

Hotel staff are friendly, polite, and courteous. The front desk/reception and kitchen staff provided excellent customer service. Breakfast was timely, and there was a variety. Based on local market price, the rooms were commensurate in value and competitive. The only negative feedback is the General Manager. I am not sure the part of the world from which he originated. He lacks professional etiquette, in terms of courtesy and customer service. Whilst his staff greeted and welcomed guests, he simply walked past them; as if they do not exist. Based on my firsthand observation, I stayed at the hotel for seven days, he could not be bothered to exchange salutations with hotel guests. Every member of staff, including housekeeping and physical security team, was pleasant and courteous. The General Manager could not be bothered, to introduce himself to guests who make it possible for him to earn an income. He simply walks past you. For this reason, and only for this reason, I will not be returning to the hotel.
