Princess Apartments

Not worth it in any way. Receptionist was 3+ hours late, and none of the thing they advertize are true. Our room had a see-through curtain facing the hotel entrance, and a busy street, so every time you left the bathroom, you would get eyecontact with a new person. It is NOT soundproof, the streetnoise was loud and clear in our bed. No amenities, no towels, old outwashed linens, most furniture was broken. The closet containing the ironing board, hangers and the pillow menu, was so broken that we could not open the sliding door more than 4 cm. Not sure they know what princess means, but this is very far from a ‘princess apartment’.

We never ended up staying in Princess apartments, something went wrong with our apartment so they moved us to Queens apartments and they covered the taxes which was nice of them. The pictures were however deceiving and apartments are a lot smaller than we expected but clean and comfortable.

The apartments are hostel apartments not hotel, therefore very basic. The reception staff tried her best to help with issues. Location wise directly opposite the main train station Krakow.

The location was excellent, but that's all. the unit had a musty smell like in a basement. Would not stay there again.

i would'nt know as they gave our apartment to someone else as our flight was delayed and they put us across town in an horrific apartment it was so dark we had to have the lights on during the day the quilt was stained with urine and blood there was no fire alarm no smoke alarm and no shower curtain the entrance was so dark we had to cross a courtyard and go up stairs in the dark it was difficult for me as i am partially sighted i am 65 and my husband is 71 these were no conditions anyone should have to stay in we tried to complain but no one would listen i even phoned expedia they told me it was too late to complain as it took me two days to find their number i have photos and videos of this and i will find other ways to complain if expedia don't listen

Dirty, old, moldie, damp Our room had chunks of wall missing, was damp, and had mild growing all over the bathroom.

The property was very well located to old town and a fraction of the price of most other places. It's an apartment, not a hotel and so one is not bothered by staff in the room every day; it's across from the train station which worked for me because it also saves the need for a taxi. It's only 9 zloty from the airport by train and the hotel is across the street; a good budget pick

My stay was very pleasant the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, will book again :)

Price and location are absolutely super.. the room was huge, fridge,kettle- the usual. However it's the small things that matter. It wasn't the cleanest, e.g. got extra sofa bed and when you lay in it you could see under the steps of stairs and full of dirty old cobwebs etc. Moved a side table and there were biscuits under it. Not good enough. No curtains so you won't sleep if you don't like light at 4.30am. Noisy area and windows not the best, again problem sleeping. For the price ok but still expect more, could be so good with bit of effort. That said it's across from bus station and 5 minutes walk to centre. Stayed 3 nights so super for exploring. But seriously,Blinds, better cleaning, better windows and it could be super. All in all ok but would not return for reasons stated

You get what you pay for with this property - the building is very old and dilapidated with very basic amenities. It is clean and there was towels and toilet rolls and the reception ladies were very nice and helpful. We unfortunately had to abandon after one night as the heat was unbearable and we couldn’t open the windows due to the mosquitos flying in! Would be fine in autumn/winter for a centrally located basic place to stay
