Staff very friendly and caring. Didn’t like only 4 parking spots and you have to pay to park at the street if it is full. They charge 150mxm if your towel get a stain when the laundry across the street charge you 180mxm for all your clothes. The rooms sometimes have bad smell like drain that comes from the sink and shower.

The patio and the pool are nice, the air conditioner is ok, the water pressure is regular, when we arrived we didn’t have enough towels, there was no mini fridge as advertised, we had to wait for the staff to bring one, same with the hair dryer, and the tv is not 40 inches as advertised, is is way smaller. But the staff is kind and try to solve our needs. The place is conveniently located, close to the ADO station and the ferry, and with a lot of nearby places to eat.

2nd times a charm
You can't beat the price and location! It is clean, quiet and beautiful. The beds are firm and the pillows could be a little softer! The staff speaks English, but not fluently. Breakfast is included, but is minimal and we weren't offered the daily water as indicated on the site. It appears they could be under new management as there was workers there in a few rooms, but they were extremely good about not working in the evenings and early mornings when guests were about. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will be back.

A very cute family run hotel. Freshly painted with gorgeous colors. Nice small pool. Nice courtyard with plenty of trees. Great location for walking around town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was advertised as being included in the price but there was no breakfast, just coffee and a small slice of cake.

When I arrived at 10:30 at night ALONE, the property was PADLOCKED and closed for renovations. I had to find another property to stay at that night. Now the hotel is disputing my refund??? Absolutely ridiculous.

Beautiful little hotel in the center of everything. Staff is crazy friendly. 24 hour reception. Not loud at night, which is great. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use a deep clean, to be honest. Other than that, this was our second time here and really enjoyed the stay. We stayed in room 8, room 22 the first time.
