Just a honest hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms
Hotel staff were most unsympathetic to the problems of guests from USA, Australia and UK having to cancel plans because of C19 travel restrictions. After agreeing to defer the booking to 2021, the hotel staff abruptly reneged on the agreement and charged us in full for two twin rooms for two nights. Definitely VERY unhappy would never recommend this hotel.
When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception. We had to wait for around 10 minutes before a receptionist showed up. The receptionist was, however, friendly and welcoming after she came. Our room was on the 2nd floor. There were two twin beds, a coffee machine, TV, and a spacious bathroom with two sinks. The room was standard, nothing special. We wanted to use the hotel gym, but the equipment there was very limited with no weights, dumbbells or multifunctional machines. The hotel pool area looked dirty as if it wasn’t cleaned in weeks and the pool water was cold. So, both the gym and pool were truly disappointing. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Overall, it’s more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel. So, we wouldn’t book it again. There’re so many other airport hotels in the area.
The room was nice, clean and spacious. The staff were good until the following morning when I got up early to depart and asked to pay my bar tab. I had paid cash the previous day so was not going to pay it twice. I’d also reserved the 6am shuttle to be told it was at 7am and I wanted to leave earlier I could get a taxi. This was sorted out eventually once the supervisor had become involved. Eventually I did get the 6am airport shuttle and I didn’t pay the tab again either. But to asked to and to be told that things that were arranged the prior day were no longer valid at that time in the morning wasn’t great. Either more training is required or a better shift changing policy is in order.
Perfect hotel close to schiphol. Kind staff, good room and good price!
Could have had another pillow. There is a raised piece of tile going into the bathroom that will catch your toes. Very clean and comfortable. I will stay again but I will look for the Piece of tile that separates the Room from the bathroom

Clean room and Nice touch with Nespresso machine. very nice classy and soacious bathroom/italien shower. Service at restaurant was slow.
I was asked by the hotel to book the night before so I could access a room early in the morning when my flight from Africa arrived. I did that and let them know twice that I would then leave early afternoon. They never responded and when I arrived told me I had to leave by 11 am. I would have stayed elsewhere but they never responded. I was very tired. And one attendant was talking about me as if I wasn’t there. I won’t stay here again ever.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Very basic but cheap.
