Nice Hotel
Just stayed one night. Comfortable big room just what we asked for. Good breakfast in large well maintained breakfast room. Hotel is behind the Dutton theatre. Missed the show which was in the afternoon so check the show times if that is what you are going there for. Mickey Gilley theatre is just across the street plus a restaurant.

The floor was so dated that my kids had black feet from walking on it barefoot. Some issues with the dated things. If floors were replaces would be good. Also it was 100 degrees and when we would get back to our rooms the ac would be turned off not good for a hot weekend!

Nice Find At Last Minute
Made a last minute reservation and the Dutton Inn was available so we took it. Impressed with the hotel especially the price paid. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was just right. The staff was quite friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, we give it a 4 out of 5 and would stay here again!
