Ok for the price.
I booked the Delux Room and it kinda was. Not much but for the price perfect. Had some water problem in the Shower but it's was once a while but daily. Other than that, the hotel is besides the road and hence makes it real nosiy at night. Overall Not bad.

Big mistake booking at this hotel staff at front desk very rude almost dint want to help the building looks very old towels very old and not enough. Refrigerator didn’t even work. Also they only have two parking spots I had to go look for my own parking on the street. Wifi never work. I stayed on the 5th floor WiFi was not reachable very disappointed.

Good place
Very decent place to stay,not right in heart of action of Patong but 15 min walk, staff very helpful,a bit noisy at night. Decent pool area although undergoing maintenance. Big deluxe bedroom and balcony at a very reasonable price.

I stay for 3 nights in total. On the second day in the morning. The water is so little and it is dripping out from tap and no hot water. We have no just but just brush our teeth without shower. We rush out for island trip, so couldn’t have time to fix this but we inform to front desk. When return at 5 in evening, it is worst that totally no water at all. So we go to front desk. This time is another staff and she ask us to wait. I politely told her that we have inform in the morning and yet have not been fix. She answered back saying she just start work and nothing she know from morning. I was dissappointed. From my view, I do not ask for superb service but water is a basic for a hotel. I repeat to her again mention I have not showered for the whole day and I back from diving trip. After that with their technician help it was immediately fixed. But the water is brown colour. The hotel did compensate us in the third day. They change the room for us and give us complimentary breakfast for the last day. Overall hope they look into the facilities seriously. The price giving is not consider cheap if compare to other hotel around this.

Hotel room bathroom hot water and cool water can't balance. Water too small. Light got few broken and no change. Overall is good. Nearby got 7-11 and family Mart. 1in distance a lot of food and got big C. And Bangla road.

Holiday
Great place to stay. Very convenient and walkable to patong area. Big bed, big room and big toilet too. Definitely will come back and stay here again if we were in phuket again. For breakfast they serve American breakfast, no buffet. But it was good enough for this kind of place they serve you breakfast. If you expect to have a buffet line, with a clean toilet I suggest you can find other hotels. This hotel is kind of motel type. It was not as bad as how other traveller describe. Definitely will come back again here.

Bathroom was gross and dirty. Due kicked and I was locked inside. No honouring of pre paid breakfasts as paid for in original booking. Unhelpful staff. Unfortunately this was a romantic holiday made unpleasant due to this hotel. No form of remuneration made after breakfasts not honoured on booking. Not happy. Would never return not recommend this hotel.
