Rimini is just a bad place for family vacation
We stayed here during our last day in Rimini. Rimini in general is a bad vacation spot for families, we will never come to Rimini again. The L'hotel itself has great service, great SPA area. The the only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that the air conditioner in our room was loud like a deasel generator when it's fan was stopping. It woke us up at night multiple times. We could not but turn it off completely, because then it'd be too warm. This wasn't very comfortable.

Fabulous hotel
This is the 6th time we have stayed here. The hotel is spotless, the staff helpful and the breakfast amazing with so much choice. Plus in the centre if the resort.

More like a 4 star than a 3 star.
Good value stay for a peak week in August. One minute walk to the beach. The pool is very small and there is a charge for adults to use it / spa facilities, kids are free. We didn't bother as the beach is so close. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean hotel clean and nice facilities. Staff nice except one receptionist who had dark hair, she was not friendly or welcoming at all!! Breakfast was good too. Night security doubles as a great bar man

Modern clean and excellently priced hotel
His is the 2nd time we have stayed because we liked it so much the first time. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff very helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast is great with a huge selection to choose from.

Parfait.... sauf le sauna
Très bon séjour dans sa globalité avec un excellent petit-déjeuner. Accueil parfait le lundi soir par une jeune femme très souriante et très accueillante. En revanche, nous avions réservé un créneau de sauna pour le mardi de 17h à 17H30 (reservation obligatoire due au COVID). A 17h10, le sauna étant toujours fermé, nous avons été interrogé l'homme qui tenait l'accueil. Ce dernier a alors ouvert et mis en route le sauna, nous indiquant que le sauna serait prêt d'ici 5 minutes. 5 minutes plus tard, le sauna n'était toujours pas chaud, pas étonnant étant donné que le temps moyen de chauffe d'un sauna est de 15-20 minutes. A 17h30, le même homme est venu nous indiquer que notre tour était terminé. Nous avons donc profité d'un sauna FROID. La moindre des choses aurait été de proposer un autre créneau pour compenser cette perte de temps. Dommage car nous attendions ce moment avec impatience
