great location, the stuff was very helpfull, the room is super clean

We did not stay at the property. We booked it and when we arrived there was no one there to check us in and no instructions at the front desk. We left and had to book another hotel. We should not be charged for this...horrible way to do business. They sent me a text and hour after I arrived and had already booked another room. There needs to be a disclosure stating that there isn't a reception 24 hours to assist. Instructions should be on their page at time of booking...it was horrible. There should be someone there to check people in...

While the rooms were nice and the location was walkable to restaurants and site seeing, we checked in after 3:30 so the reception area was closed, the hotel sent me an e mail with directions and different codes to access the hotel and then codes to access our rooms, it was inconvenient that there was no one to ask questions to.

Very hard to figure out getting in to the property .... not easy to get to reception desk...although reception was friendly once I found the location !

I liked our room very much, the ladies on reception were so lovely and so helpful with all our needs. Hotel is in a perfect location. The room was always very tidy. Only slight criticism would be I would of liked the option to have the bed sheets changed instead of tucked back in and I would of liked the floor cleaned. Wooden floors always attached grit which you end up bringing into the bed sheets

This a great boutique hotel near many famous sites- the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain are very close. We walked a little further to the Borghese, Coliseum, and St. Peter’s Square. The beds were great and the rooms clean as well as fashionable. We surprised the staff (poor planning on our part) with an additional guest who we hadn’t reserved, and they were very accommodating. Take a minute and go into the church across the street- quite an interior to observe! There is a grocery store a few steps away for less expensive drinks and snacks than convenience stores meant for tourists. It is a little confusing (for an American expecting a typical hotel lobby!) to find the door from the street- no sign other than the listing on the doorbell on the building. Prepare to walk up a flight of stairs to the lobby- it might have been a problem if my parents had joined us on the trip.

AMAZING!!! Love this room! We had the bigger room and none of us wanted to leave! Bathroom was amazing! Staff very helpful. Close to many restaurants, great Irish pub within a block. Walking distance to Colosseum, ruins, and Vatican.

Loved the space in our suite. Wish water pressure was higher in the bath tub/jacuzzi

Piazza del Gesu was a wonderful way to experience Rome! It is within walking distance to almost anything you want to do and see, and it is incredibly comfortable. Yes, the office hours are very short, but if you know that in advance and set up check-in details early, it will be a smooth process. This was the best value for our money on our whole vacation!

The location could not be better! The room was a little small but with its two-window/door terrace and high ceilings it worked fine, even with its round bed taking up so much room.
