The property was nice and the staff was welcoming. We didn't stay for the entire time because the facilities were a little too small for us. This was a logistical issue that the host can't change, so no big issue. Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of Napoli!

A perfectly located hotel
Great staff, so welcoming and always around at front desk which is manned 24/7. Is a family run business and yeah just lovely. perfectly located and say 30 mins walk to the famous Pizzeria (Di Michelle/ come out of hotel left then left again to main strip cross big busy road about 5 mins from there closed on Sundays). Basic room, basic amenities, simple but perfect if on a budget or a light traveller. Place to eat under hotel all transport come out of hotel turn left then a right on main strip 3.50 euros for train to pompei or sorrento (blue line play 3). Small balcony which is perfect is busy and noisy but soon as u close balcony door sound proof so dies not affect sleep. A good sound stay. We felt safe despite what reviews said of naples in general. We booked another night :)

Stay Away From Naples
The hotel and its location are good. The staff are good as well except Anna. She's at the desk in the mornings. She doesn't listen, she's inflexible and has temper. This woman doesn't accept anything that she doesn't like. First it was because her English is poor so she misunderstood a comment and started shouting at us. The second time it's because the fridge in our room wasn't working and she insisted that the fridge worked and that a small fridge is not a freezer. I tried to explain that I am a frequent traveller and that I know the difference and that the fridge did not work at all as one of the personnel had confirmed the night before. But she only got angrier and I had to calm her down by saying that it wasn't important and that everything was good lol The breakfast is mostly pastries and bread but they offer various coffees. Generally speaking avoid Naples or keep it to the minimum if you have to stay there to visit Capri [not really worth it] or Pompeii and the Vesuve [ loved them]. Nothing interesting and people drive like crazy especially motorcyclists.

our bed had beg bugs. my wife and I woke up early in the morning founding ourselves bit by bed bugs on arms and legs. after looking around, checking pillows and under the sheets we found at least 4 bugs. so upset and disappointed. we left our carry on and all clothes in Naples since we did not want risk taking bugs to our home.

Feels safe but late night noises outside
Staff was very nice. Very close proximity to the Metro and train stop. Loud firecracker or gun noises late at night. Comforts are well used and need some lint trimming. The shower does not have a soap tray. The price was great for 1 night while waiting for a flight. May not be safe to venture out at night with the noises.
