Disappointing - Would Never Stay Again!
Initially I was excited about this Residence Inn based on the customer ratings. Upon arrival I noticed that our room was cleaned poorly. When I asked the front desk I was informed that the hotel put us in a room that had just been used by guests the day before! Why would a hotel do that in light of COVID! The walls are paper thin. Our neighbor snored so loudly that it literally felt like he was sleeping in our room! The service was very poor, we had to call the front desk several times if we needed something because no one would pick up the phone. I asked for a can opener, it never came. I prepaid for a 10-night stay and I feel as though the Residence Inn Boston Needham gives Hotel.com guests the worst rooms in the hotel.

Hairs everywhere. I don't think the beds got new sheets and pillowcases. Was uncomfortable staying here with no piece of mind.

I understand the Covid situation but Really?!
Pros: clean, good location Cons: asked for extra towels, pillows in special instructions when booking room, but there was nothing in room when we arrived. In addition, no bedding for pull out bed in room. We were told we had to go down the lobby and pick up all of it from front desk b/c she was only one on that night and could not leave front unattended. We realize covid has sent hotels scrambling, and we are fine with making accommodations... no housekeeping, breakfast in a bag, pool closed, etc, but 1 employee on site on a Sat. Night? Really??Already had on my pjs & just wanted to relax after a long car trip when I called down to desk... had to get dressed & head on down. I piled the big package of bedding, pillows & towels in my arms and dropped the towels a couple times off the top. What a pain! Bed & pillows, below par in comfort
