Upon arrival the room was not well cleaned. There was hair on the towels, floor and I’m the bath tub. There was also also large handprints on the tv and other wood surfaces. There were minimal dishes supplied in the kitchenette and the dishwasher didn’t work. There was no paper towel or Kleenex In the room. Staff often seen smoking in the front entrance parking lot. Pretty disappointed for the price we payed.

the suit is not as clean as I thought, i have stayed in many BW hotels, Vernon BW is really dirty. for example, there was a puddle of oil left in the oven. oh, by the way, there was no room service unless you requested beforehand, their excuse is to prevent housekeepers from getting infected by coronavirus, I mean if stepping into a guest room could make you infected, the hotel should be shut down. I blame management for this. dont you just want to save money for this.

We had a great stay here besides the fact that they didn’t have enough parking! Between both hotels, they definitely didn’t have enough parking spaces for their customers.

The unit we had was very spacious and well laid out with kitchen, dining and sitting area, separate bedroom and bathroom. We were very pleased with everything except the fact that it was not clean. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirty tea towels on kitchen counter and anything above eye level had not been dusted in a very long time.

nice clean hotel in convenient location. no room service, but ricky's in hotel for food pickup. only downside is no room cleaning for the days of the trip, but that's due to covid and the same and at all hotels right now. nice friendly staff. would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was good and we’d stay again. I’ll use this opportunity to mention to you that it is common courtesy to be quiet when you arrive at your hotel when others may be resting. This is not a hotel issue. We had to wait 25 minutes past checkin time for our room to be ready. Our room was clean. Spacious. Staff friendly. When we went to make the hide a bed for sleep, the sheets in the closet were just rolled into balls as if they might have been used? But of course we went to front desk and they brought clean sheets right away. I think hide a bed could be made already with sheets so guests are confident they are getting into a clean bed. Just add comfort or and pillow ourselves. Overall we were happy with location and hotel itself. Price was reasonable.
